Terms and Conditions
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no additional charge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause delays in processing your order. Your credit card will only be billed upon shipment of your order.
This site may contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we're not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
We will gladly accept the return of most products that are returned promptly (within 14 days of purchase) and in original, mint condition. Unused. Unworn.
Replacements and exchanges are shipped via standard ground service at no additional charge to you. Please allow up to two weeks from the time you send back your return to receive your exchange order.
If we ship incorrect product to you, returns will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you have an unsatisfactory experience with either of these product types, please take a picture with your cellphone and send it with a brief summary and order # to email@example.com and we will arrange the appropriate credit or refund.
Processing Time – Orders will ship within one business day provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sundays, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive as we can’t control the shipping companies directly! We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, weather related interruptions or product availability.
Our Store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of NJ. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other local taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, the store will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
